The main goal of the organization is to provide suitable housing and a ‘safe haven’ simultaneously while this targeted demographic transition from the prison back into the community. The program steps, when properly and adequately engaged, should reduce, if not eliminate many barriers to a successful re-introduction to and into society.
iTAV outsources specialize services to proven providers through a closely coordinated and individualized plan for success. These services include employment services, mental health services, spiritual support, housing-focused case management, and transportation assistance. Each individual plan for success will be arrived through a system of triage and assessment, based on individual current needs. The result will mean a network (village) of service providers and professionals to aid them in their quest to become productive
